Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you (the Client) agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Orders are NOT executed FOR COMMERCIAL USE. You are not allowed to create merch or sell anything with my work. This is only possible with my permission.
2. I reserve the right to cancel an order if I realize that I will not be able to fulfill it.
3. It is forbidden to make changes to the work itself and remove the watermark. You can upload works and publish them on other platforms (in galleries) with my authorship.
4. I can complete the work much earlier than the deadline, or later, depending on the queue and workload, but I will definitely complete the work within 6-7 weeks. If I have any problems and I don't have time, I'll let you know.
Payment
• Full prepayment. Once you commission me I don't do refunds
• Payment is made after you approve the sketch. Payment allows you to join the queue
• I will not start working on a commission/YCH before receiving full payment
• At the moment, main payment method is Boosty
Process
• If desired, I can send each stage of the work for verification. I rely on the clarity of the reference. If everything is clear there and I accidentally forgot to draw something, it will be considered my mistake, if it was not visible or unnoticed, then it will be considered your edit.
• Please state your thoughts clearly!
It will be even better if you have the opportunity to draw something on top of the sketch (what you want to add or remove). And specify all the nuances before starting work.
• You have the right to make ONE big and ONE small edit for FREE. Major changes and edits are possible only at the sketch stage. An additional fee is charged for each significant change after the sketch is approved.
• When the customer received the finished work and did not see any errors, confirming that I had finished all the work. I am closing the order and will not return to work with it
